By accessing or using Wayposts, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
Wayposts is a travel journal application that allows you to log trips, write entries, view destination maps, and track travel statistics. The service is provided as-is without warranties of any kind.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Wayposts is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account. One account per person; automated account creation is prohibited.
4. User Content
You retain full ownership of all trips and entries you create. By using Wayposts, you grant us a limited license to store and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your journal entries.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Wayposts for any unlawful purpose, to store harmful content, to attempt to access other users' data, or to interfere with the service's operation. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
Wayposts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the application. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
